In order to activate the amicable settlement, the companies where the vehicles involved are insured must participate in the system of the amicable settlement and the drivers of the vehicles must agree on who is responsible for the accident.<\/p>

In the event of a car accident with an uninsured car, an essential requirement for the coverage of your damage is to contact the police to record the incident and exchange the data of the two cars.<\/p>

At all events, you must stay at the scene of the accident together with the other driver. If the other driver that caused the accident does not stay at the scene for the collection of the necessary data by the police, then your insurance company cannot compensate you. In order to receive the compensation, you will have to provide your insurance company with a copy of the police recording.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If the insurance contract has expired and you have been involved in a car accident, the insurance company will not cover the damages, even if you pay the premiums afterwards.<\/p>
